The brief
A resort operating to international brand standards on an exposed coastal site, with guest rooms, all-day dining, a signature bar and a beach club opening to one date.
The complexity
Marine environment, imported specifications, a compressed programme and multiple design authors working in different time zones.
The Método role
Manufacturing, procurement coordination, logistics and site installation.
The response
Specifications were reworked for coastal durability before freeze, components were prototyped and batch-produced off site, and installation was sequenced building by building to protect the opening date.
The result
Handover achieved to the operator's snagging standard with a single accountable package rather than nine separate suppliers.
